Ti do il benvenuto nel mio sito, un luogo dove posso condividere le mie più grande passioni e mostrare i diversi aspetti anche del mio lavoro. Sono una madre, un medico, una moglie, ma non solo: ho sofferto a lungo di disturbi alimentare e adesso sono alla continua ricerca di modi per poter aiutare me stessa e gli altri a vivere una vita più sana e consapevole. Ultimamente mi sto dedicando allo studio e all'utilizzo della mindfulness e di diverse tecniche di medicina olistica come la cristallo e suonoterapia, in modo da costruire uno stile di vita improntato sulla gratitudine e ad una crescita personale e spirituale costante.

Sono profondamente convinte che in ognuna di noi ci sia una Dea pronta a risplendere e che siamo noi le nostre più grandi fonti d'ispirazione.

I welcome you to my website, a place where I can share my greatest passions and show the different aspects of my work as well. I am a mother, a doctor, a wife, but not only that: I have suffered from eating disorders for a long time and now I am constantly looking for ways to help myself and others to live healthier and more conscious lives. Lately I have been devoting myself to the study and use of mindfulness and various holistic medicine techniques such as crystal and sound therapy, in order to build a lifestyle of gratitude and constant personal and spiritual growth.
They are deeply convinced that in each of us there is a Goddess ready to shine and that we are our greatest sources of inspiration.
